Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I got my start in the motion graphics world while I was in LA working for MTV & VH1. I was on the west coast for 2 years before returning to my hometown of NY and I've been back home ever since. Influenced by storytelling, documentaries, and long format editorial, I pursued a staff career more in that vein and landed at DigitalKitchen NYC. I was an integral part of building the new office in 2006 and took on a number of roles there. As a member of DK's outstanding editorial department, I had the opportunity to cut my teeth editing many great projects. In addition, I assisted in many aspects of both production and post-production, from editing, to DVD authoring, to web content creation. No job was too big or small. I worked at DK for 2 years before deciding to go freelance. If you are interested in booking me, I will work off site as well as travel anywhere to your studio.
